Bonta's office *will never have as much leverage over Warnermount as it has today*, when the company is paying a $7m/day "ticking fee" while the merger is stalled (thanks to an injunction secured by the Hollywood unions, whom Bonta has just *royally* fucked, because they can't afford to litigate this case without the AG office's backing).

So even if any of these conditions meant anything (which *they do not*), they won't be enforced. If Bonta can't bring Warnermount to heel today, when they have to pay $7m/day for so long as they're crosswise with him, how will he *ever* get them to do shit? He. Will. Not. But it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter! Because the Ellisons have given Bonta *nothing*. 5/
