@sternecker@infosec.exchange Trans-tympanic steroid injections really do help.
and it usually runs its course..... eventually. I haven't had vertigo in over a year now. Took over ten years to get to this point though.

@nuintari@mastodon.bsd.cafe hearing has been gone since about 04:00 Tue. Rcvd steroid injection Wed. Taking meds for vertigo, an oral steroid, and a med for nerve damage.
