Pleased with myself that I mowed the lawn last night because of incoming rain.
After I finished, showered, and sat down for a late dinner, the weather report changed: no rain this weekend.
This morning: rain is back on for Saturday.
Scattegoric* weather tells me Fall is here.
*Word? Probably not; feeling? Yes.

@forestfern@mastodon.social One of the things I dread about going home after two weeks away is mowing my little lawn. I'll have to do it at least two times at different blade height settings just to get it down to a normal height. I did turn down the sprinkler frequency while I was gone. It'll be interesting to see what it looks like.
