Is it simliar to Naruto Kai with how they cut all the filler?

Dunno since I’ve never seen Naruto. But, it cuts down the episode lengths and a few filler episodes so I think so?

Yeah, it’s pretty much the same, though shockingly, One Piece doesn’t have a lot of filler episodes, but instead stretches out the “filler” (long camera holds, repeated scenes, flashbacks, etc.) across cannon episodes. Naruto had something like 40% of its episodes that were entirely content that wasn’t in the manga, One Piece has like 10%.
