  Bring your own laptop and don't connect it to the network if possible. You have very little control over how those devices are managed, so the best you can do is either use them strictly for school work only, or avoid using them at all.

  Maybe Tomorrow by Stereophonics. That song causes a lot of frission when I hear it. Now I admit I haven’t heard their entire discography yet, but any other song of theirs I’ve listened to hasn’t given me the same effect.

  Strong Q1 so far for the Spurs. I’m actually more nervous when they start hot like this because they tend to slow down in the second half. Hopefully they keep up the fire and close this series out.

  I vote for moving to piefed! Either the flagship instance (.social) or .zip. I was originally from lemm.ee because the admin was cool and gave the users autonomy to choose the instances to block, instead of taking it upon themselves to decide on behalf of everyone else. Then .ee closed down, so I moved to lemmy.zip because the admin had a similar policy. Then I moved over to their piefed instance (piefed.zip) because piefed was the new cool kid. My experience has been great so far. And piefed...

  I think it’s 48 hours so he’s definitely missing G3, but I doubt he’ll play G4. Spurs health staff would probably also prefer he stays in San Antonio to rest instead of traveling. Spurs will just have to do their best on the road.

  Most stuff with obnoxious advertising causes me to avoid them, and that’s usually a bad sign. Compare that to Mullvad, who only do pinpoint relevant ads, and they have the receipts that show they actually do what they say.

  Maybe I was just hungry at the time, but I was so amazed at the complimentary bread on my first visit at a Cheesecake Factory. I haven’t gone since but I’m curious to know if my opinion stands if I ever go back.

  Using Bitwarden’s cloud service. I don’t trust myself enough to maintain and secure a self-hosted online password vault. Also like others said, google maps. The sheer volume of crowsourced data they have is very useful for real-time navigation especially if you live in a city with heavy traffic.
