I do have a magnetic screw management mat, and I know where it is, but I'm leaning into the sunk cost fallacy and not bothering at this point lmao

Wait a sec… there was a CD-R in there. :neofox_confused: Well, I cleaned the laser lens and swapped out the disc regardless. Hopefully that will get it working without having to break out hardware flashing tools that I currently don’t have. Re-assembling and hoping for the best.
