I'm just one little handsome datapoint, but here's something to consider when people tell you how much software gets written by AI. Used to be when I wrote <p> my editor would suggest a </p> to match, and I would accept it. Now, that still happens, but the editor sends the entire file state on a round trip to LLM servers before triumphantly announcing that paragraphs probably end as well as start. Thanks to me installing the company's special Copilot after a hundred or so gentle reminders.
