@TheBreadmonkey@beige.party My depression has recently been worse than normal and I've been skipping my daily exercise and walks, and I know that this isn't helping the situation at all. So, Ben, and as others regularly advise me, keep on exercising, as it's to neglectful to one's physical and, especially, mental health. Do not follow my bad example. You're a total boss and I have faith you can do your run, Ben.
