@emily_rugburn@lgbtqia.space I get exhaustion headaches from running because there's /something/ that I haven't figured out yet that I'm doing wrong in my post-run recovery and when it's at its worst, it means the day after running I am laid up in bed suffering both excruciating headache and nausea for the whole day. It hasn't been that bad in a while, but I know that "real migraines" can be much, much worse than what I get.
It is tragic that so many people, most of all in the medical establishment, do not understand this and do not seem to want to.
