i merged the os2 experiment code with the pcmcia code and enabled the pcmcia driver. it appears that os/2 is probing the pcmcia card and mapping the appropriate regions. gonna try the "selective install for networking" and see if i can enable ethernet.

there seems to be a single drawing acceleration the wd90c00 uses for area fill. gonna need to implement it. it should be relatively easy to locate and fix.
