@mhoye I remembered your non-stick pan question from the other day while I was frying an egg for breakfast 🍳 I live with pan destroyers so tend to go for budget options and not high end stuff. We got the IKEA non stick pans and they are very nice. Stainless steel with a ceramic coating. Good weight, good heat transfer afaict. Ceramic non stick works well and cleans easily.
