His eye infection is pretty bad! He is a super sweet kitten. His sister to the left though is quite a naughty one!

I am sorry I didn’t realize that until after I commented just from the pic on the post. Hope they do well. Best of luck. Is it bacterial? Because antibiotic eye drops work great, for me at least when I have gotten eye infections from swimming.
