Booking travel through Egencia is the absolute worst part of my corporate career. By many many many (air)miles Their login sequencr is shit. Their interface is shit. Their 'helpful AI' chatbot is the shittiest chatbot ever. Their info in rates is not in line with the info of rates of the airline itself and cause confusion. Their approval process is shit. It's absolutely clear that the people who make the decision to use Egencia as their corporate travel agent don't have to use it themselves, but have their assistant do it for them.
