@draNgNon@hachyderm.io @DM_Zeppelin@dice.camp I don't think most people would put banking services in the "online services" category. Sure, you may do all your banking through their online portal, perhaps the bank doesn't even have a brick and mortar location at all (Ally bank, for example), but it's still a *banking service* with online features, not an online service that provides banking features.

    @chronohart@tech.lgbt @draNgNon@hachyderm.io @DM_Zeppelin@dice.camp Even if your bank verifies your identity documents opening an account, they should not be demanding some sort of invasive process with biometrics, device backdoors, etc. to login online. They should accept whatever credentials you told them you intend to use.
