I have one dual-socket USB charger, two USB-C cables, and two phones.
if I connect cable 1 to phone 1 and cable 2 to phone 2, only phone 1 charges.
but if I connect cable 1 to phone 2, cable 2 to phone 1, both phones charge.

@foone@digipres.club I think this behavior is in the USB-C spec. They needed to preserve the user confusion from USB A's connector orientation, so they put it here.
