No sooner than I'd finished making elderberry syrup, a neighbor posted that they had a ton of fresh off the tree quince first come first serve. All in all, today I made 4.5 pints of elderberry syrup, 5.25 pints of quince butter, and 2 pints of quince sauce with another few pounds of quince left to decide what to do with tomorrow.
