@katzenberger If we take the matter of jurisdictions into account (something Soatok talks about I think right in the post that precedes the AV one) then I have a rather cynical opinion: * In a trustworthy jurisdiction, this isn't an issue in the first place because they either know what they're doing or a mistake will be properly remedied. * In an untrustworthy jurisdiction (US, Russia, DPRK, etc.) this is a moot point because they'll either bend it to suit their cause or won't care about rules in the first place. Not to mention, if you get an order and don't comply, you're already 50 shades of fucked anyway. @endolexi @Tutanota

  • @rawenwolf Can you please give me a list of "trustworthy jurisdictions"? I'm German, and I wouldn't include mine. I'm strictly distinguishing between hope and trust. @endolexi @Tutanota
