  @katzenberger There's a reason I haven't provided any in the previous post because with current status of the social "net" (as in interpersonal connections and trust) there really isn't any which I'd trust with little to no conditions. The "most hopeful" would probably be the more accurate measure and I'd be maaaaaybe willing to give some Nordic countries this benefit (if I squint both of my eyes extremely). Otherwise I'm afraid to say that in present days, at least in Europe from.what I can see, the West really likes to do the bending, these days without shame (back then they were more hypocritical about it) and the East ... depends on the mood and what suits the current cunts in the lead. In the case of my country (hello neighbour) it's probably going to be the mixture of both. To circle back to the original topic. Yes, it's technically feasible but such mechanisms shouldn't be required in the first place because people, especially parents, would, pardon my French, DO THEIR FUCKING JOB! @endolexi @Tutanota
