@MikeFromLFE@cupoftea.social Me too. Turns out all the symptoms I've been moaning about and seeking a cure for are due to my kidney disease which isn't going to get better. On the one hand I can stop trying to find a remedy. On the other I'm not exactly happy to realise this is my life now. #CKD

@pthane@toot.wales Thanks. I know it's a mixture of my enlarged prostate and the frickin' medication I'm on for it. Assuming the clinic approves surgery then there is - for me at least - an end in sight of sorts. There's a probability that the strangest of the side effects might be with me for the rest of my days (gynaecomastia) which I can live with if I have to. CKD is extremely unpleasant and I'm aware it's a life changing diagnosis. Take all the help you can get.
