Voting cannot genuinely overturn the ruling class of society. Only revolution or counterrevolution can truly do so.

Generally agreed (at least throughout history). A revolution/counter revolution is almost always bloody though, so if there’s a way to resolve things somewhat without bloodshed first, then that’s the path that should always be taken before we start signing up people to die in a revolutionary civil war.
