@brianbilston@mastodon.online this is not anarchy. Anarchy is the absence of power. Here some poopheads have too much power.

@brianbilston@mastodon.online Huzzah. Mr. Bilston (cough). As one who is, possibly, over-cautious about expressing opinions on affairs current and foreign, yet none the less moved by such affairs - and one who also enjoys the play of words, I applaud this tiny, but perfect ode. Chapeau, sir, chapeau.

@brianbilston@mastodon.online anarchy is the opposite of what is happening.

@brianbilston@mastodon.online It's not anarchy that's been let loose--anarchy is a theory of organisation without the state. It's authoritarianism and fascism, which is staunchly opposed by all forms of anarchism, even the right-wing ones.

@brianbilston@mastodon.online Love your work, but using βanarchyβ to mean chaos perpetuates a misunderstanding of anarchism. Itβs actually about non-hierarchical organization, not disorder Edit: follow up https://floss.social/@daz/115918063676322989

@brianbilston@mastodon.online Last night I heard Bill Callahan sing "I'm a rock bottom riser, and I owe it all to you." I missed the intro, so I wasn't sure if the lover caused the bottom or the rising, but I love the line so much. If someone asks me how I'm doing, I want to say "I'm a rock bottom riser."

Brilliant, @brianbilston@mastodon.online ! Also, true story -- I once bludgeoned a bully with a dictionary (I think it was 3rd or 4th grade). He left me (and everyone else) alone after that!
