Video is reminding me that one of the things I'd do if I could just email my fingers and make a change is to switch the US over to metric paper sizes. It would freak out the right people, which amuses me because they'd probably whine about, "what's wrong with letter size paper," when it seems that's already slowly being phased out (printer paper is still 8.5x11 but if you check the loose notebook paper in the stores it seems most is now 8x10.5).
