If it's a $100 bill that they're specifically refusing, then that might be for counterfeiting reasons. That and the counterfeit $20 have been a huge problem for years.

@kboyd@phpc.social No, she even said that she couldn't exchange a one dollar bill for me. They're not allowed to exchange money unless they have a profile of me. I honestly think it's a crock of shit. It's not like it's a lot of money.
