Was coming home from dance class tonight, and when I got to where I usually turn, counted 8 police cars zooming through the intersection with lights and sirens. Decided not to risk ending up in the middle of whatever they were headed for, so went another 3/4 mile to an alternate route, and counted 4 more apparently converging on the same point from the opposite direction. Couldn't find anything on the local scanner feed or the news yet, but anything involving that many cops is surely a bad day for somebody. 😬
