RE: https://mamot.fr/@pluralistic/117269067686210736 It's not at all confusing why bosses keep pressuring workers to use #AI despite it's poor quality... but people don't want to face the reality of the reason. 1) They want use AI tools that promise to enable cuts to human staff. 2) They want to work out the kinks that prevent number 1. 3) They want to improve the tools to enable number 1. 4) They want to push out staff that would prevent number 1. 5) They want to figure out HOW to enable number 1 in their business workflows. #LLM
