I spent my childhood alternately deeply relegious and entirely agnostic.
I spent a lot of time listening to religious music, and especially "Contemporary Christian" and "Christian rock"
Occasionally one of those tracks will worm it's way back into my head and I am filled with resent.

@ajroach42@retro.social I heard Christian rock a bit when I was in youth group, but I never got into it. Maybe if there had been Christian punk, I could have been into it as long as they sang about things other than Jesus and weren't total posers.
