@mnl I can totally relate to this having been burnt by ORMs in the past. I'm a big fan of just generating static types for my database with https://github.com/rmp135/sql-ts and then using those generated types to add some loose type-safety to my sql queries. For example: typing the result sets or referencing table/column names through an enum.
