So, when I looked at prefab houses (both concrete and wood) in Spain (Cantabria in particular) last year, I found the prices to be perfectly reasonable, some even offering Passivhaus certification, and all looking really good. Now we’re on the active search for a terrain, and I looked again at the same houses, and, lo and behold, they’re all around 15-20% more expensive, screwing up our budget. Fuck. Inflation my ass. So pissed off right now. 🤬🤬🤬 (“Normal” ones look to be the same story)
