@ppatel@mstdn.social @darrell73@mastodon.online @JonathanMosen@caneandable.social it might be good for glasses to come with very visible covers on the camera so you know when the cover is off and it can't be drilled out

@ppatel@mstdn.social @darrell73@mastodon.online @JonathanMosen@caneandable.social Like I was telling Johnathon, I have actually seen in the comment section of a couple articles and videos that people have already bluntly said, if they see the flashing light, and someone hasn't asked permission, they would gladly take six months in jail, as they would break the persons glasses. well that is just lovely! Someone who is totally blind, wouldn't know you are in there, and they might be looking around, and so the flashing light would happen. so they are saying they would walk up to a totally blind person and do this? someone had better not try that crap with me. I am getting to the point where I am going to start telling sighted people I don't want them looking at me. if you can't leave blind persons alone, and I understand you might not know they are blind, but if you can't leave us alone, and let us use our glasses not in fear, then you don't deserve to look at me, or anything for that matter. If you are going to be this bad about smart glasses, then you need to include phones in the mix, as I have seen many people abuse the video camera, or just the camera on a phone taking pictures, and video. maybe some would say my opinion is stupid, but I will die on this hill! If you are going to smash my glasses, or tell me I can't use them to look around, and help me out, then you don't deserve to look at me, or look around either. I know, I know. there will be people that will say that isn't the same thing, and they are kind of right, but it is the same thing to us. because of what these glasses can do for us, they can help us see, and do things.
