i agree, however: i am personally slightly comforted by their incompetence. i have on one of my old boxes their 2016 voter database. they have entries for every voter, fields for personal identifiers, a code instead of a name but there's enough in there for you to identify yourself or people you know, and variables for a bunch of republicans' specific platform issues (remember when they had a platform more than huffing krasnov's diaper emissions?), along with a key somewhere. their entries for my household were laughably wrong, but i put some effort into obscuring my real identity online. my wife however doesn't and they were way off for her, too. even for the stuff where we differ. i mean we both grew up in conservative cults so their predictive models would presume some weird shit. as much as LLMs hallucinate, I expect the conservative politics LLM (not the billionaire one, that's different somehow i don't know how shut up [inner derek](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/thegoodplace/images/7/75/Derek.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20171030124055)) to be like 95% hallucination.
