I started receiving threats of violence. A kid from church youth group said he'd kill me if I ever came close to his brother, who was an openly gay man.
A customer at the store I worked at found me on MySpace and said he would be waiting for me in the parking lot after closing time to take me to his place and have his way with me.
A teacher kept me afterclass to discuss my lifestyle, including my lack of remorse for impregnating a girl who miscarried (It didn't happen. We never had sex.).

I was disciplined for wanting to discuss LGBTQIA issues at school after the home of a classmate in the village was targeted. He didn't come back afterwards. Class discussions included rants about how bisexuals needed to "just pick one" instead of being so greedy. Fun times, the mid-2000s.
