@floatybirb Harpy. The "no hands" issue is made up for by having wonderful claws.

@floatybirb What is the upside to be a minotaur? Seems more like a curse.

@Nonya_Bidniss@infosec.exchange 2026-05-03 00:52
@floatybirb Go Team Harpy

@floatybirb Living in a maze and killing anyone who tries to visit sounds pretty good.

@floatybirb I'd fucking totally turn some people into stone. Do not duck with me. Damn it, autocorrect. 🙄 Do not fuck with me! Seriously.

@floatybirb Centaur or harpy sound like the most fun. I ve never seen a picture, or mention of, a female centaur though—maybe they’re shy?—so I’m gonna go team harpy.

@floatybirb that's "a" Medusa not "the" Medusa. Not volunteering to be raped by a sea god.

@floatybirb Really torn between medusa and harpy, but I went with medusa because that was my main mythology obsession besides Persephone when I was younger.

@floatybirb why do my votes keep going to the wrong thing. I specifically selected harpy for the flight but it voted for centaur?
-
@Dervishpi@mastodon.social 2026-05-03 06:44
@floatybirb I voted centaur because the others had much less happy lives according to the bits of greek mythology I remember from high school reading!

@floatybirb For gender reasons I'll have the choice between minotaur and centaur and after much deliberation I think I'll go for minotaur because it would be impossible to drive or get on a bus as a centaur (and I don't want to play hockey).
