@nuintari@mastodon.bsd.cafe I don’t know if you’ve explored it, but long term care insurance for her could give you a break on time and expenses. You could arrange at-home medical visits and even 24 hour on-call for her.
Trying to think of a way you could share the effort with someone some day.

@jordanmd@infosec.exchange Getting someone on this sort of thing is a) expensive, and b) a never ending battle to keep the coverage up and the costs down. Also, getting a paranoid schizophrenic to trust a stranger is....... not the easiest thing in the world.
