Workers should just quit the AAA game industry. there’s no reason to work at a big corporation in this climate.

They want Xbox to make a resounding comeback while also removing all of the talent from the studios. Cat’s out of the bag, we already know it’s not “14 layers of management” being fired, it’s everyone. They aren’t making the latest awesome Halo for the next Xbox, they want some sloppy sad corporate approved vibe coded cheap thing that they can ship with the limited number of new consoles. and people will still go buy it in droves.
