My current client, in conversation, argues that things are better now than they've ever been for everyone, including folks at the bottom. He bases this opinion on a book written 8 years ago called "Factfulness." He urges me to read it, saying it's very convincing. But do I want to be convinced about the condition of today's world based on a book published almost a decade ago? No thanks. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️
