I’ve been following #3GoodThings for a while now. Sought it out in the #Fedi after experience with the concept working in healthcare through COVID. Can point you to some research if you want.
Piping up to say I find folks posting with that hashtag are pretty honest about struggles. You can tell if someone is really squinting to find silver linings or to salvage good from a sucky period.
Also find they engage fast when others either have truly good stuff or clearly need some kind words.
Understandable that the idea sets off alarms. But in practice hasn’t seemed toxic to me 4 years in (so far).
