Huh. Just came across a profile that said "if you don't like unsolicited advice please block me" and I super appreciate that, but I still don't get it. They said they don't like seeing people have a problem that they could help with, but why not offer _solicited_ advice? "Hey, I have some relevant info/experience here, are you interested?"
Why does it feel better to give it as both an unsolicited interaction, and as advice (as opposed to info/experience)?
