@maxleibman@beige.party My particular bugbear is folks who pick at tiny details of an analogy and treat any inconsistency as if it invalidates the whole analogy. Motherfucker, if I wanted something exact in every detail I'd just describe the original thing. I'm drawing a fucking parallel here, jfc.
