@anthropy@mastodon.derg.nz I'm unsure how effective that is at containing the HF production, but it should at least contain the energy. Boiling water takes a considerable amount of it.

@lispi314@udongein.xyz it kinda depends on if the water ingress gets deep enough to cool down the reaction until it stops, it doesn't always, sometimes you have to breach the pack (in the case of cars) to make that work
