@occult@vox.ominous.net Potatoes on top of bus stops was a London thing in the 2000s. Presumably a bored artist coinciding with Banksy, and really only visible from the top deck of a London bus. The most amusing thing on the way to work was the top of the street furniture laid out for breakfast, with a cereal bowl and IIRC glass of orange juice.
