first thing i checked was that its also hidden for screen readers, and that seems fine (using an aria-hidden label)
but what would likely have gotten me if this was any more complicated than 5 lines, is that i usually copy-paste all code into my editor, so i can move it around / syntax hightlight and such as part of my thinking process

@4censord@unfug.social @SRAZKVT@tech.lgbt yeah. that's why it's crucial that it's so simple and short that not only should most competent applicants not even want to bother copy pasting it anywhere, but also if you're paying attention at all you'll catch the glaring discrepancy when working in an editor. copy pasting is not the sin here, but rather copying pasting and just looking at the answer without actually understanding the very simple execution flow the only trickery is at the focal point. most competent applicants should be able to catch that when thinking clearly
