Loopers doesn’t really live up to its interesting time loop concept. Problems get solved so fast, and it doesn’t get you in the head space of people who have been trapped in the same day long enough to have lost their minds. Hunting for a geocache with the new guy is the solution to all of life‘s problems in this game. It almost feels sponsored by a treasure hunt company.

And Loopers is done. It had started pretty good, nice mysterious feeling. But eventually I reverted to speed reading during the uninteresting parts (which ended up being most of it). There was one really good section about 75% through, then it kind of stumbled again. Very cliche ending. The art was nice but I don’t recommend playing. It’s more of a slice of life romance with a few mystery elements than an actual mystery story and the story doesn’t hold up to any scrutiny.
