To be absolutely fair, he does identify some "unifying concerns": "the struggle with the cost of living", "strong and vibrant communities", "opportunity for the next generation", oh, and "strong and secure borders" - three things which would fit on any party leaflet even if how to achieve is fraught with differences... And then the racist dog whistle... His next paragraph then tries to claim "progressive answers"... Without identifying them #UKPol

    He blames a media strategy for the public losing trust in him while *at the same time* failing to mention any things he might actually be proud of (employment rights, renting reform) - even if he'd talked about more arguable things it would have shown some vision... Instead we get nothing... Why is he in politics? What drives him? What does he consider a success? We just don't know... #UKPol
