@ytetic@4bear.com sweetened condensed is the syrupy one evaporated is just concentrated milk (also works great for making mac and cheese!) Technically you can get from evaporated to sweetened condensed by adding a fuckton of sugar. Side note, pressure cooking a can of sweetened condensed milk and letting it cool overnight in the PC is the easiest way I know of making dulce de leche mmmm
