to my surprise, matched with a VERY beautiful woman who has "anything about the brain" in her "I'm a real nerd about" profile field which is just my luck because I happened to read about a new paper out of Stanford that argues that the posterior and anterior brains (in mice) have distinct origins (the press office is running with "the brain is two organs!" 🙄) so against the usual trend I actually can talk about something that a brain nerd might find interesting right now
