@malte@anticapitalist.party very much lowballing it, and not because developers are greedy, but because health, unemployment insurance and retirement funds need to be paid, and because these 20000 do not include the cost of infrastructure for hiring, paying and managing the developers. @axel@hsnl.social @Gina@fosstodon.org @landesregierung@social.schleswig-holstein.de @digitalhubsh@social.schleswig-holstein.de @bert_hubert@eupolicy.social

@funkylab@mastodon.social oh are these just the working hours of the change managers? These aren't the people that do the dev and IT admin or helpdesk, but the ones that make sure that disruption during rollout stays mininal; but a small percentage of the IT workforce needed for a large project! @malte@anticapitalist.party @axel@hsnl.social @Gina@fosstodon.org @landesregierung@social.schleswig-holstein.de @digitalhubsh@social.schleswig-holstein.de @bert_hubert@eupolicy.social
