@angelikatyborska@mas.to You can have a bank with no customer service by even phone? I don't know but I would assume that would not be legal here. :o
Though I guess the way everything's going, that'll be the future here as well.

@nicd@masto.ahlcode.fi I've spent a while looking for a customer service phone number but all I found is an emergency number for reporting stolen credit cards. I also thought a bank is legally required to offer phone customer service...
