The provost of Dartmouth University is accused of having a chatbot generate nearly 100% of each of his recent public writings.

Edit to add: He admitted to extensive usage, this is not speculation.

@mattsheffield@mastodon.social Well, I only see an attempt to be with the in crowd. Most students "work" with AI, and he does not want to be regarded as antiquated.
