all the things Australians complain about - mostly things being expensive - and express surprise that I'd move here given that, are ALSO expensive in NZ. and way more crap. e.g. housing - also expensive, and much much worse quality. e.g. utilities - also expensive. also breaking far far more frequently due to massive under investment. e.g. public transport - expensive and laughable, particularly in Auckland.
