You don't have to target anything. It just work very well and is very comfortable to use.

@otyugh@pouet.chapril.org I found that alt+drag was used in some applications (particularly GIMP, Inkscape, and Blender) and using alt+{LMB,RMB} masked functionality, so I moved it to Mod4/Logo+drag for zero conflicts. But yeah, the "hold down a modifier key and drag with the LMB-to-move or RMB-to-resize from *anywhere in the window*" is so much less painful than trying to hit that tiny resize-target. @noheger@wien.rocks
